At 10 o'clock on the morning of October 19th, in order to promote the cooperation in science, technology and education between the local-university and China-Germany, initiated by Southwest Jiaotong University, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement on jointly building "Sichuan (Leshan) Technology Promotion Center" among the Southwest Jiaotong University, Germany Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences, and Leshan High-tech Zone was held at the Leshan Golden Begonia Hotel.
