During the academic year 2018-2019, you fail to register on time twice and have not asked for leave from your own school.

According to Article 9 of Chapter II of “Except for the reason of force majeure, those who fail to ask for a leave or those who exceed their permitted leaves will be regarded as voluntary withdrawal”.

According to Article 33 of Chapter Ⅶ of “Students who fail to come to the university to register within the specified time’’ shall be ordered or permitted to quit their schooling.
