1.Design Engineer (DE) 设计工程师
Design analog and mixed-signal ICs for Power Management Products utilizing leading edge sub-micron BiCMOS technologies. Develop state of the art products that include the following circuit types: op amps, comparators, interface circuits, voltage references, ADCs, DACs, delay elements, DC-DC converters, and power supply control algorithms. Products to be designed include charge pumps, switching regulators, linear regulators, display drivers, and power management ICs for fast-growing portable and non-portable markets such as broadband modems, PDAs, notebooks, cell phones, telecom, fiber optics, digital camera, and network equipment. Work on product definition, circuit synthesis from the transistor/resistor level up to the system level, simulation, layout supervision.

2.Failure Analysis Engineer (FA) 失效分析工程师
The Failure Analysis Engineer determines the root cause of IC failure by using analog semiconductor IC related knowledge and technology and combining with professional FA techniques. Once the failure root cause has been identified, the Failure Analysis Engineer works with the relative department to solve the issue and take action to prevent it happen again.
FA通过运用模拟电子半导体相关的知识、技能以及专业的失效分析技术来确定集成电路失效的根源。一旦确定失效原因，与其他相关部门共同合作解决问题并防止再次发生。

Help the Technology Development to develop the next generation of MPS manufacturing processes, and to maintain good yield and reliability of existing processes.

5.Test Engineer (TE) 测试工程师
Responsibilities岗位职责:

This position is set to sustain wafer sort production and final test production, solve production test issue to improve test quality, yield and efficiency etc.

Planning and performing product testing based on the product qualification procedure to ensure product meets all customer specifications在产品鉴定程序的基础上计划并进行产品测试，确保产品符合客户需求
