Electromechanical Measurement and Control Experiment Center

The Electromechanical Measurement and Control Experimental Center was established under the construction of the school's first batch of "323 Laboratory Project" and "Repair and Purchase Project of the State Education Commission" in 2004. The experimental center covers an area of 2,000 square meters with a cumulative investment of 10 million yuan. It is located in Xipu No. 5 and No. 6 Teaching Buildings. The experimental center offers basic courses in the fields of mechatronics, vehicles, process control, sensors, testing, signal processing, and control engineering for the mechanical and instrument majors of our school. It also provides guidance and practice bases for open experiments, personalized experiments and innovative design competitions, robot competitions, etc. for the whole school.

The experimental center has long undertaken four major basic course experiments for key undergraduate majors in mechanics and instrumentation, basics of control engineering, principles and applications of single-chip microcomputers, and hydraulic transmission and control. Every year, more than 20 professional basic experimental courses for undergraduates are offered to about 700 students majoring in mechanics, vehicles, measurement and control in the School of Mechanical Engineering of our school. At present, the experimental center has become an important base for undergraduate comprehensive quality training in machinery, instrumentation and other majors, and it plays a pivotal role in the cultivation of innovative talents.

The experimental center adheres to the concept of modern education, improving students' practical ability and scientific research ability as the premise, and the development of personalized innovation ability as the goal. It has built a sensor and testing technology laboratory, a hydraulic transmission laboratory, a single-chip principle and interface laboratory, Control engineering basic laboratory, modern testing technology and testing laboratory, status testing and fault diagnosis laboratory, networked electromechanical measurement and control system laboratory, etc. The equipments of the laboratory are mainly shown as follows.
